There is no shortage of high quality economics research. There are of course academic journals in economics. However, journals usually require a subscription unless the journal is open access. Despite this, there are many places to locate working papers for free, these papers are often the first version of the papers that eventually get published in economic journals after a peer review process. We particularly recommend scholar.google.com as a starting point to locate papers. Below are places to find some of the best economics research on the internet.
